Practical information
How it practically works
Register
I am affiliated with the 1NP Foundation, which makes it possible to give psychological treatments that the health insurer reimburses. For reimbursed treatments you must have a referral letter from your GP. Before you register, please get in touch with me using my contact form for more information about 1NP and registrations.
Phases of Therapy
A treatment consists of several phases:
Phase 1: Getting to know each other and identifying your complaints
Phase 2: Drawing up the treatment plan, we look together for a suitable intervention for your complaints. We will also discuss expectations regarding the duration of therapy. Currently I am focused on 15-session trajects.
Phase 3: Active therapy phase in which we recognise and work on changing your presenting complaints during the session. Outside of the sessions, it is suggested that you practice what you have learned in the session. The more you integrate into your daily life, the more you start seeing change.
Phase 4: The last phase focused on consolidating what has been learned and learning to say goodbye.
